Digging A Security Hole All The Way To China

I mentioned earlier that I wrote one of the last books published by the now-bankrupt Wrox Press. A sharp-eyed coworker who happened to be in China the other day sent me a copy of this:

Holy cow, I had no idea that Wrox translated my book into Chinese! No one ever told me that such a thing was even in the works. Just when I thought that the Wrox saga couldn't get more bizarre, this turns up. Thanks Zhanbo! I'll treasure it always.

Wow. I didn’t know Wrox went out of business. I guess I should read less "code" blogs and more "news" blogs =).

BTW, I’m thinking of buying your book based solely on the your blog (well, that and my need to bone up on .NET security)

When i go back to Malaysia for my vacation, I’ll be sure to look out for:
"Buku Panduan Kod Sekuriti Visual Basic .NET dari Eric Lippert"
in the "kedai buku" (bookstores). Who knows, maybe it also got translated to the Malay or Indonesian languages (both languages are close to one another).

  3. Two additional quick notes about books: I am also pleased to announce the availability of the C# 3.0
