Last Week on DirectX Shader Compiler (2017-07-18)

Lots and lots of fixes coming in lately, and some interesting highlights.

Also, the dxil-2017-06 branch will likely go through some renames, as the purpose is really to track the changes in the Windows 10 SDK previews. Changes that are in master but not in this branch are for releases that are further out, or more experimental in nature.

Last but not least, the D3DCompiler-DXC bridge DLL now has a Wiki page, discussing basic usage and limitations. If you have a favorite tool that you'd like to see better documented, a comment, issue or pull request is always welcome.
