There are several files available in this update.  Is there some documentation that describes what order these should be applied?  CRM server first? SQL server first? Microsoft really needs to step it up when it comes to these CRM updates.  You always release them and assume way too much from the people who have to support it.

    Hi Jamie

Thanks for the question. As with all Dynamics Service Packs & Update Rollups, in the KB under "Installation information" will state if there is anything specific needed to be done with the install.

There is no specific order in which to install Update Rollups for Dynamics CRM components so it does not matter if you install the CRM2013-Srs-KB2963850-ENU-amd64.exe (SQL SRS) before the CRM2013-Server-KB2963850-ENU-amd64.exe (CRM Server) and then the CRM2013-Router-KB2963850-ENU-amd64.exe ( Email Router, if used).

You want the CRM environment to be on the same version so it is not recommended to have different components on different CRM versions for a long period of time, but it is appreciated that updating the CRM server and SSRS, for example, may not happen on the same day.

    Best Regards
