Install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 without an Internet Connection

Users may see errors when attempting to install CRM 2011 Outlook Client offline regarding Server Compact 3.5. Errors in the install log conatin such as:

Error | Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5 Service Pack 2 does not download correctly. Make sure your Internet connection and try again.
Error | hr = 0xc0040202

To stop this error occurring, you need to add the Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5 Service Pack 2 to the pre-requisites folder. You need to download both the 32 & 64 bit versions from the below links and ensure they are placed in the SQLCE folder under the Redist folder structure, and replace the previous SSCERuntime files that were in there.
