The first of the 2 KB articles below recently published by the Dynamics CRM Support Team list recent and upcoming compatibility testing, along with the most common compatibility asks seen in support.
The list contains products that have been tested or currently been tested with both Dynamics CRM 2011 & CRM 4.0.

The 2nd KB states the support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Microsoft SQL Server 2012.
This includes that CRM 4.0 (Update Rollup 21) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (Update Rollup 6) are compatible with Microsoft SQL Server 2012.
Also lists issues that may occur when using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 & 2012 with Microsoft SQL 2012.
