Requiring net new revenue for MPN Cloud Customer Relationship Management Competency qualification
Retirement of the MPN Customer Relationship Management Competency
CSA and SPA changes:
Requiring the MPN Cloud Customer Relationship Management Competency for CRM Online incentives payment in web direct and enterprise agreements
Adding active usage into CRM Online incentives structure
Changes to the Solutions Provider Agreement (SPA) and Microsoft Dynamics Certified Software Advisor (CSA) programs for CRM on-premises incentive eligibility
