The goal of this workshop is to assist technical resources in understanding how to upgrade an existing Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. The workshop will focus on upgrading code elements and the data dictionary for customizations, focusing on the major changes introduced with the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 data model. Data Upgrade will also be covered to show how the code upgrade components flow seamlessly into the data upgrade experience.

 Target Audience :

This workshop will require both development and technical knowledge and is targeted at experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX resources who will be involved in analyzing and/or developing the upgrade code. Ideally, attendees would also have knowledge of at least one prior Dynamics AX version (AX 4.0 or AX 2009).
