For those of you familiar with our Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step methodology, we recently introduced new resources to assist with your projects.

Because readiness is the key ingredient to project success, we have created the Microsoft Dynamics Project Readiness Assessment. This assessment has been geared to facilitate a conversation between Microsoft Dynamics partners and customers based on the five factors that most impact the success of a Microsoft Dynamics project.

Preliminary Step:   Take the Sure Step Partner Adoption Assessment

Partner Actions (Step 1):   Login & go to Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Partner Assessments

  • Enter Assessment Dashboard
  • Choose "Invite Customer"
  • Enter Customer contact profile
  • Generate Invitation code
  • Send invitation to Customer contact

Customer Actions (Step 2):   Go to  Microsoft Dynamics Project Readiness Assessment

  • Enter invitation code
  • Enter Dashboard
  • Set-up a group of project team members to take the assessment (Champions Group)
  • Send invitations to team members

Partner & Customer Discussion (Step 3):   Login & go to Project Assessment Dashboard

  • Enter Assessment Dashboard
  • Choose "Manage Customer Assessments"
  • View reports showing the results of the customer assessments
