With the new release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, we understand many partners may receive inquiries from the existing customers regarding the upgrade process. Earlier this month, we held a web seminar focused on this topic, and now you can access it on demand within the Partner Learning Center.

We have an opportunity to prepare our customers for the upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 4.0 to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2011. The goal of this call is to help share important information to our partners regarding the end-to-end upgrade strategy and provide an opportunity for Q&A so we ensure a seamless upgrade experience for our customers.
