As many of you have already heard, Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 mainstream support will be discontinuing on October 9th, 2012. Extended support will be ending on October 10th, 2017.
Here is a chart that outlines the differences between Mainstream Support and Extended Support.
Extended support for Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 is included in the customers and partners standard support plans. Because of the fact that Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 will not be available when
Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 support moves to extended support, we will be releasing a 2012 Year-End Update to all US and Canadian Payroll customers. We will also have a Round 1 U.S. tax tables for
2013 Payroll reporting. There will be no other releases after that for Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0.

NOTE: Microsoft will provide a 2012 Year-End Update to all U.S and Canadian Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 Customers. Microsoft will also provide Round 1 U.S. tax tables for the 2013 Payroll reporting year.
Following these releases, no additional code update will be released for Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0, due to end of Mainstream Support in the Support Lifecycle for Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0. Technical
support for Microsoft Dynamics GP 10 will continue to be provided through the Extended Support phase which will end on 10/10/2017. If you are currently using Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0, you must upgrade
to Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 or Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 to receive any further regulatory and or code updates following the January 2013 Round 1 Tax Update.
In summary, we will be supporting GP 10.0 as we currently do today until October of 2017. We will be releasing a Year-End Tax update and the 2013 Round 1 Tax Tables for Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0.
