Updating the Year stamp on the W4 in HRMSSS/Business Portal

New users for HRM Time and Attendance often don't realize the most current W4 template from CustomerSource should be downloaded each new calendar year to get the year stamp updated on the W4 form seen in Business Portal.  We get a lot of support cases indicating the information on the W4 form is correct, but they don't know how to update the year stamp on the W4 form.  An updated W4 template is released the end of each calendar year and can be downloaded from CustomerSource. However, keep in mind that the year stamp won't actually change until the system date is in the new year.

Note: The '2012' updated W4 form should be available around the late December timeframe.
