Have you ever found yourself in the situation where you needed to find a particular record in the exception log so that you could stop or restart that record’s retries, but found it extremely difficult to search for that record? Here is one mechanism that will help with your searching efforts:
- Enable the “Key” column in the log by right clicking on the column headers and selecting it from the list as shown in the screen shot
- Enter the record’s ID in the the “filter” section at the top of the column, as shown in the following screen shot
- This will filter the log entries that are currently displayed to only contain entries for records who’s IDs contain the filter
Please note that in a future release, the “Key” column will be displayed by default in the log grid.
