If you attempt to deploy the Dynamics 365 for Financials Outlook Add-ins from the Getting Started wizard by choosing Set up in Outlook, you may receive the following error:
“A call to Microsoft.DynamicsNav.Exchange.ExchangeServiceWrapper.SaveHtmlMessageToInbox failed with this message: The account does not have permission to impersonate the requested user.”
You can work around the error by using the Set up Outlook for Financials wizard on the Assisted Setup page:
1. On the Search page, type Assisted Setup, and choose the related link.
2. Choose Set up Outlook for Financials.
3. Complete the steps in the Office Add-in Setup wizard.
