Here are some quick tips for troubleshooting issues you may run into when attempting to access the home.dynamics.com site or the Dynamics 365 for Financials site.
- Try using Internet Explorer, Edge or Chrome to see if any work or give different errors
- Try launching an InPrivate browsing session\window and log in
- In Internet Explorer, try adding the following sites to your Trusted Sites list
- Try disabling all browser add-ins or Extensions that you have installed (This applies to all browsers)
- Clear cookies and cached browser data
- Try navigating directly to the Sample Company with the following URL (You will need to update the <tenant url> portion)
Other general troubleshooting steps you should try include attempting to log in from multiple machines and with multiple users. If you are still experiencing problems after the above steps you should engage with your partner or open a case with MS if you are a partner.
