Application pool 'IBFWebAppPool' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool.

The cause of this issue is mismatched Internet Information Server DLL’s located in ‘C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv’ directory.  This is usually caused by a failed or incomplete install of Windows 2003 SP2 on the Duet server.

The resolution for this issue is to reinstall Windows 2003 Service Pack 2 on the Duet server.

Internet Information Services 6.0 may not function correctly after installing KB973917
