New version of FParsec now available

Stephan has updated FParsec, the parser combinator library for F#.

A new version of FParsec (v. 0.7.3.1) has been released fixing a bug in the `normalizeNewlines` function which also affected the `skipped` and `manyTillString` parsers. Everyone is recommended to update.Best regards, Stephan
