The Smart Client Developer Center is now live on MSDN. This site has a whole heap of links to useful smart client resources.

The MSDN site will focus on all of the technical details. It should be your first port of call for the nitty gritty details on how to design and implement a smart client application. The Microsoft site will focus on the business value of smart clients and will show how a smart client architecture can make perfect business sense. It will contain links to customer case studies and success stories.
