PS If you experience a crash of the MMC, with system event ID 13 from IIS-IISManager with ‘System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: InvalidArgument=Value of '-1' is not valid for 'index' at the top of the call stack, this is a known issue with a simple workaround.
