Munich MOSS Workshop

We’re putting on a MOSS developer workshop at the Munich MTC this week, and I’ve been too busy to blog much while we’re here. But I took a few photos today so I thought I’d share them:

Dinner this evening was at Erik’s, a cool little Italian restaurant in nearby Ottenburg recommended by our host Sebastian Weber of the local DPE team.

The ISV partners attending the workshop are all working on projects built on Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007. It’s interesting to see the wide variety of applications that people have envisioned for this platform, and exciting to see them start to come to life as we near the release of Office 2007. Tomorrow I’ll be recording some screencasts to share “real soon now,” so stay tuned …

It was indeed delicious, Thomas.  And your stories of Vietnam and Australia were quite entertaining as well. 🙂

Eine super Veranstaltung mit einem 1:1-Verhältnis von ISVs zu Trainern (die allesamt excellent waren) – Klasse!

An outstanding event having a 1:1 proportion of ISVs vs. trainers (excellent ones I have to admit) – superb!

Doug, you seem to love your fisheye, eh? I’m waiting for your Oktoberfest images… I never went there and I’m curious.

Yeah, those guys in Munich were great.  People like Aku, Hannes and Steve make my job easy: just show up, take notes, and then help take credit at the end. 🙂
