Minimizing VPC Image Size

If you use Virtual PC, here's a great post by Jeff Atwood on how to create a minimal Windows XP/SP2 platform for a baseline image to build upon. His approach gets the image down to 758MB, and it's only 243MB when compressed with WinRAR!
