Performance Analysis of Logs (PAL) Tool

Just came across a wonderful tool for analyzing the perfmon and it really helps to understand the perfmon counters. You may download the tool from https://www.codeplex.com/PAL. This tool comes handy specially whne you run into performance related issue like high CPU usage when sharepoint sites are browsed, slow rendering of sharepoint site etc.
