As a Lab owner, you can now set up internal support information for the Lab so that your Lab users know who to contact internally when they run into a problem. This information can include links to important wikis, helpful internal email addresses, links to slack channels, answers to frequently asked questions and so on. This page will serve as a customized help document that your team can reach out to before asking for external help.
The support information will appear on the Internal support blade under Getting started blade on the top level Lab menu. The Lab user can click on this blade to view the support information details.
To set up the internal support information, you can navigate to Configuration and policies and add a support message for the Lab by clicking on the Internal Support blade. You will also be able to view a preview of the announcement that will be posted after enabling it.
By default, internal support information will not be set up for a Lab. In this case your Lab users will see the following when they click on the Internal support blade.
