Why yes there is, and I am not just talking about using the “C” language in Visual Studio 2013. If you hit the link below, after download the Arduino IDE from the Arduino site, you can download a nifty freeware tool:
You will need to enter where your Arduino IDE is located, which on my machine was located in:
And then once you have installed everything you will see, in Visual Studio 2013, pretty cool right? Just make sure to state that you use the Arduino IDE in your about statements. Also, if you have an extra $29 US, or similar in British Pounds, send them some of this cash their way. They have videos on how to use, there is intellisense and so forth. Making your learning how to program Arduinos all that much easier!
