In this case I am attempting to fix a problem with Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate, for some reason I cannot get SP1 to install on this machine.  Unfortunately the FixIt center didn’t help me, but I checked it out for other fixes and it works quite well.

I fixed the problem with Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate by uninstalling a Visual Studio Windows Phone Express that wasn’t running SP1 and for some reason was blocking the Visual Studio Ultimate from starting.
