Xbox & Kinect with Windows Phone Xbox Companion App
Now this is cool. With the addition of the Kinect to the Xbox we now have gesture and voice control of the Xbox. I am on the beta program and I must say that changes coming for the Xbox dashboard interface are fantastic and will change the way we use our entertainment and gaming systems.

Starting this Holiday season, the entertainment services you want will be a voice command away and searchable via Bing voice search.

Around the 1 minute mark the girl in the video uses her Windows Phone to search and interact with the Xbox. This is using a soon to be released free app for Windows Phone called the Xbox Companion App.
