Dexterity Training in Orlando (May 16th to 20th 2011) cont.

Dexterity - Click for blog homepageI know this is a little late, but there is still some room to join the upcoming Dexterity Basics training course.

This will give you the introduction to Dexterity, the underlying development environment for the Microsoft Dynamics GP product. Gaining knowledge of the fundamentals of Dexterity will help you become a better developer when working with the Microsoft Dynamics GP product REGARDLESS of whether you plan to work with Dexterity, Modifier & Visual Basic for Applications, or Visual Studio Tools for Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Also, with the upcoming GP "12" Web client, we know that any code developed in Dexterity will automatically become web enabled with no additional work from the developer.  However, you have the option to create a custom template to "pretty up" the interface if desired. Just another reason to develop in Dexterity.

My good friend, Leslie Vail (MVP) is instructing the five day class being held in Orlando, Florida, USA starting on the 16th of May 2011. Leslie is the best active Dexterity trainer* with fantastic application and development knowledge and loads of experience ... Not many people have worked with Great Plains since before version 1.0.

The course is organised through the partner Integrated Business Group (https://www.ibgnet.com/). If you want to attend, contact the training coordinator, Roxanna Alvarez, ralvarez@ibgnet.com or at +1 (407) 677-0370.

This course is a must for anyone wanting to get started in the Dynamics GP development world. See point 3 in my blog posting on How to get started with Dexterity.

For details, see Leslie's blog post: Dexterity I class scheduled for May 16th - 20th, 2011 will be running as scheduled
