Just to be sure… here are some of the most important notes:

**IMPORTANT NOTES**

  1. Moving forward all patch releases for 10.0 will be an .EXE file due to a new Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Runtime Library pre-requisite.  Bundled in the .EXE is the .MSP service pack file and the .MSI for the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Runtime Library pre-requisite. Please review the FAQ below for more information: This FAQ is posted on the download page for Partners and Customers.

Hi, any idea on the release time for the Latam version of the SP5? Thanks.

  6. David Musgrave says:

    Hi Sebastian

I had a chat with the product development team and this is what I found out:

There have been some delays with translating the service pack. We should have the translation completed soon and then we need a couple of weeks to regression test.  If all goes to plan, it should be available by the end of the month.

  7. Lisa Boden says:

    Hi David,

Does the GP 10 Service Pack 5 update automatically update eConnect to version 10 SP 5 too? Or, is this a separate upgrade?

    Thanks for your help,

    Lisa

  8. David Musgrave says:

    Hi Lisa

As the eConnect stored procedures are part of the core product install, the Service Pack will update the stored procedures.  However, you will also need to install eConnect SP5 to update the runtime components.

    Thanks

    David
