Introducing the new mini-series “What does the MVP say?”

The Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Award is an annual award given to outstanding members of Microsoft's technical communities.

Individuals are nominated by their peers or by Microsoft, based on their community contributions. Nominees are chosen from traditional and emerging community venues - including public forums, newsgroups, third-party web sites, user groups, event speakers, book authors, web boards, blogs, social media sites, and wikis.

Current MVPs reside in more than 90 countries, speak nearly 40 languages, and share their expertise in around 90 Microsoft technologies. This wealth of knowledge, diversity, and expertise is well positioned to participate in our Community Translation project by acting as Translation Wiki moderators. Over the next few weeks we’re going to use this blog to let the MVPs share their experiences with you.

Go to the Most Valuable Professional page to find out more about Microsoft’s MVP program.

Come back in a few days to hear from the first MVP!
