Smart client applications are a necessity in today’s business -- information workers require disconnected access to multiple forms of information in a rich, responsive interface.  In this one-day session, we will focus on new features in Visual Studio 2005 that enable the development and deployment of these Smart Client applications, including the new controls, databinding framework and Click-Once deployment.

ASP.NET 2.0 is the next generation of web development with Visual Studio.  Including with Visual Studio 2005, it is loaded with new features that add productivity and new capabilities to the .NET web development platform. In this one-day session, we will take a tour through the 2.0 feature set. We'll explore the runtime, controls, security, deployment, administration, themes, skins, web parts, data, caching, master pages, navigation, membership, personalization and anything else new that we can find.
