Look, I'm big on notifications in my applications. If something important happens, I like to tell people, and not just some people, I mean lots of people, for example, I have code in my apps that looks like this:

But now I have a new way to alert people of my important application events... IM! So be warned end-users, if you thought my 30,000 emails a day were bad, wait till your IM client goes into fits.
