While Tom is enjoying his well-deserved holidays I'm happy to announce that we finished the agenda and speakers for the MSDN Event on .NET Framework 3.0 Development. This event will take place in Kinepolis, Brussels on September 25.

MSDN Event: .NET Framework 3.0

On this event you will get a full immersion of the .NET Framework 3.0, the upcoming managed-code programming model which builds on and extends the .NET Framework. The new version of the Framework offers you both practical solutions to today's software challenges and new opportunities to create software and services not possible now.
It enables you, as a developer or designer, to quickly create new applications and experiences that are more reliable and secure, visually stunning, smarter about information management, better connected, and more collaborative.

The agenda consist of 1 track with 5 different sessions. Main topics that will be covered will be:

  • Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)

On the main agenda you will be able to vote for the sessions that you would like to see delivered by the speakers at the event. The sessions having the most votes will be selected and presented at the event.

Speakers for this event are Peter Himschoot & Ingo Rammer.

Peter Himschoot, Microsoft Regional Director for Belgium and well-know (and appreciated) teacher for the .NET Framework 3.0, will be covering the Windows Presentation Foundation and Windows CardSpace during this event.

Ingo Rammer is also a Microsoft Regional Director (for Austria) and a regular speaker at developer conferences around the world. He has authored the award-winning best-selling "Advanced .NET Remoting" books for Apress, and writes a regular column on software design and architecture which is published in the United States, Germany and Italy. Recently  he was also awarded the Microsoft MVP status of Solution Architect . Ingo will host the WCF and WF sessions.
