Today you should be able to download Windows Server 2008 from your MSDN subscription (you do have one don't you?) or TechNet Plus Subscription.

This is timely, now we can tell people that they can go get the bits we are using at the road show!

Hyper-V is still 180 days away (start counting down), but Visual Studio 2008 and now Windows Server 2008 is now out, so go get them now!
