NZ on codeplex

We have now got three projects on codeplex based on work started by New Zealand developers.

What is Codeplex?

CodePlex is Microsoft's open source project hosting web site. You can use CodePlex to create new projects to share with the world, join others who have already started their own projects, or use the applications on this site and provide feedback.

NBlogr - a AJAX based blogging engine started by Ivan Porto-Carrero was the first project put up last year.

This was followed by Base4 a application server that is similar in many ways to Microsoft WinFS that was discontinued a while ago.  This has been the baby of Alex James for quite some time - Alex has done a great job with this product and it's well worth a look.  NBlogr builds on top of Base4 (optionally I believe).

The most recent addition is a forms based user administration module for MOSS and Windows Sharepoint Services 3 that allows public users to register a user account with a WSS v3 or MOSS site which integrates nicely with the ASP.Net membership provider.  This has been built by Chandima Kulathilake.

Way to go guys!  The NZ developer community rocks!
