TFS and Visual Studio compatibility (2005 & 2008)

what are the limitations for the compatibility around TFS (Team Foundation Server) and Visual Studio, on the client side.
     ex : With Visual Studio 2005, I can connect with TFS 2008 using Team Explorer 2005. But if I want to use the additionals features of Team Explorer 2008 with my VS2005, what should I do ?
