Microsoft will not be releasing any new versions of visual FoxPro past Version 9.0, but we will continue to support the technology through 2015
We’ll move FoxPro on the CodePlex site, and we are working on a Service Pack of Visual FoxPro for Windows Vista that takes advantage of the Aero user interface, Griver said. That update will be released this summer.
If you are developing on Foxpro it’s time to challenge your future choices. Or move slowly to .NET (you still have support until 2015) or put your hand in the source code and create a kind of Open source FoxPro 10.
