It's been a great week in North Carolina and a much needed vacation.  I'll be coming back to work to try and get through this backlog of work and to hopefully get this stuff out of our hands and into yours ASAP.  What's on the menu for this evening?  Fettucini Alfredo with Scallops; shrimp and veggie tempura, and chocolate covered grapes and strawberries.  I'm feeling a far cry better than two nights ago when i finished off both the baileys and the 151 and I was flying high.
