30 Free Application Templates for WSS!

Nice stuff. Nigel Page, one of my great colleagues here at MS just alerted me to this link  that provides 30 free application templates for WSS (Windows Sharepoint Services). They are effectively out of the box scenarios. Thanks Nigel!
