    Hiya, 5 days to get people to respond to this is v short. We would happily share this with our customers and ask them to respond but we only spotted it on Friday and its closed already. Is it worth you extending the deadline?

    @claire – Thanks for the feedback.  We've been working on a few different channels for our survey this year and agree that we'd benefit from releasing it earlier to allow customers to complete.  We did end up extending the deadline slightly and will work to improve communication for next year.
