The Dynamics CRM User Assistance team is pleased to announce
the release of two new pieces of user documentation:

 

Based on frequent requests from customers and partners,
these one-page documents help end users get up to speed quickly with Microsoft
Dynamics CRM 2011 (including Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online January 2011 Service
Update).  
  
The documents are delivered in Microsoft Word .docx format
to enable easy printing by end users and simple customization by systems
implementers and IT staff.

  1. can you intergrate features or capabilities similar to http://www.businesscatalyst.com or http://www.dotnetnuke.com or yola.com on your website builder in CRM online and office 365(check them out and use the trail). in case of businesscatalyst they have an intergration with inuit quick books, which is not gonna be a good idea when we outgrow the system, we suggestion you have something similar to businesscatalyst with all other Offilce products and have a simple website builder like adobe muse into microsft publisher. also have and addon of this online business suite with expression web, this suit must have microsoft advertsing too and features like http://www.mediasignage.com into the cloud. this will allow people to grow with the system (market online and offline) and not have to switch to another system in future and will help microsft dynamics market share in future. we hope that this feature is implented quicky into the cloud before loosing too much market share.
