Bio – Matt Cooper

Matt Cooper is a program manager on the CRM team.  I’ve worked on the subscription lifecycle (try/buy/upgrade experience), support tools, and now in the the CRM app & extensibility.

More importantly, I’m also a beer geek, homebrewer, and a certified beer judge.  Yes, you can get credentials to drink beer.  When I’m not at work, I’m probably brewing beer or reading (Kurt Vonnegut, Neil Stephenson, Arthur Clarke, and a few others).  In the fall, you can find me at the People’s Pub on Saturday mornings rooting for the Hokies

I love board games (think Puerto Rico, not Monopoly) even though I wouldn’t describe myself as good at them.  I’m a frequent poster on the CRM forums.  You can also find me on LinkedIn or Facebook if you want to connect.
