I am a Software Design Engineer/Technical Lead for CRM Sustained Engineering Team in Redmond, WA. I joined CRM SE team right before release of CRM 1.0 in 2002. My main job as Software Design Engineer is providing quality fixes for customer issues reported through support.
As a Technical Leader, my responsibilities include providing technical insight on daily decision making, process improvement to increase efficiency, providing valuable feedback and suggestions to product development team for next version, and team resource management. CRM product improved its stability, scalability, performance, extensibility, and feature set very significantly. I take great pleasure from knowing what I do help customers do their job better.
