Bio – Jon White


Jon White is a CRM Premier Field Engineer with Microsoft Dynamics. Jon has a unique perspective of CRM. His previous roles at Microsoft include being a Technology Specialist on the Dynamics CRM Online Team, an Evangelist on the Dynamics ISV Strategy Team and Technology Specialist on the Microsoft State and Local Government Dynamics Solutions Team.

In addition, Jon has been developing software for over 20 yrs; prior to Microsoft, Jon worked with various companies as a software architect and developer. Jon lives in Atlanta, GA and can be found hiking and bicycling when not working.

    I’ve customized a vertical CRM solution (VPC) and I would like the ability to offer it to clients as CRM Live option as well.  I know Live has limitations re: custom SRS Reports and filtered views.

    Can you enlighten me as to other considerations that I need to be aware of?  I need to understand how to go about this "conversion" and what (if any) functionality I will lose.
