Bio – Amir Jafri


Amir is a Program Manager with the CRM-E2 Engineering for Enterprise team. The E2 team is chartered with generating best practices, prescriptive guidance, benchmarks and tools for the CRM Community with emphasis on the Enterprise Customer segment. They also advocate Enterprise Customer requirements to the CRM product team and consult on the integration of these features for future versions. Amir has been a member of the CRM team since joining Microsoft in 2004 and has worked on the Setup and Deployment, and the Internationalization areas for CRM 3.0 and 4.0.


 


Amir is an avid traveler and an even more avid fan of Formula One racing. In his spare time he likes to paint, write and enjoy the Seattle music scene.
