Bio – Richa Jain


Richa is a CRM business consultant with Microsoft Global Services India CRM team. She has been in the CRM industry for past 5 years implementing various CRM functions for clients across the globe and has worked on competitive products like Pivotal. In the otherwise hardcore technical life of Microsoft consultants, she tries to bring the business domain aspect forward and utilize that to come up with solutions for customers.


 


She is an avid reader (non technology books though J ) and enjoys music (anything that is melodious) and travelling!!!
