Bio – Kate Harper


Kate Harper is the User Experience Group Manager for Microsoft CRM in the Microsoft Business Unit.  She manages design, usability, and user assistance for the group.  Before moving to MBS, Kate was the UA manager for MSN.  In her 11 years at Microsoft she has managed the Visual Languages UA team, directed the documentation and Web sites for several consumer products, and served as the PM for the first version of HTML Help.  Kate’s passion is around designing information delivery tools and technology.  When she’s not at Microsoft she’s usually up to her elbows in dirt in her garden or buried under reams of paper in her art studio.
