Bio – Kari Hensien


Hello there – I work on Product Planning for Microsoft CRM.  I joined the team in 2005 after spending 5 years in Office working on planning for Windows SharePoint Services, Office 2007 Server – Document Lifecycle, Outlook and MS Project.



I joined the CRM team because of the people and their specific solution focus.   The team has a long term focus and commitment around solving the hard challenges of connecting end user productivity/work to an organizations goals around providing great customer experiences.

Product Planners at Microsoft are typically responsible for helping the team with Customer Understanding, Category Intelligence, and Opportunity Identification.   Net is, I help the team think about what to invest in and make better decisions around our investments.
