I said in my review of chapter 1 that before I started blogging I might have said the authors were over reaching. In chapter 3 that is the case. Yes, it is the story of the Internet as a powerful marketing tool. It is also the power of the Internet as a product delivery mechanism. Blogs are just one communication tool in this ever growing space.
I really can’t think of anything else interesting to say about chapter 3 so I’ll just start reading chapter 4 now.
