An official announcement on the general availability of Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 was made at MIX09 today. Commerce Server 2009 is the first major product release under the August 2007 joint development partnership agreement between Cactus Commerce and Microsoft Corp.  This partnership includes collaboration on product engineering, partner ecosystem development, marketing, pre-sales, services and support of Microsoft Commerce Server.
