Question : Does VS2005 cl.exe /analyze option create a results file in the xml form as it is done while running the code analysis from the IDE ?

When I run the cl.exe /analyze file.cpp from the command line , I do not see any results file generated in the xml form as it is done when I run codeanalysis from the VS 2005 IDE.

Objective : The main idea is to automate (running PreFast) doing a CodeAnalysis(/analyze) on the sourcecode every once a week, hence I need a command line to do this task. We prefer to run PreFast on the build on a per demand basis and not on the daily builds. Thanks for any answer.
