I get lots of people that want to know how to ask Microsoft questions about various things without having to engage MCS etc... Most of these people are MSDN subscribers (most of the questions i get are dev type questions). Most people dont know about the MSDN Managed Newsgroups. These are news groups that you can be certian that someone from MS will help you with your questions. All MSDN subscribers have access to this resource.
